Since I was very young, I have found art to be the most healing and satisfying form of expression. Having worked as a registered art therapist for almost 20 years, I very much value the unique language that art allows.
I enjoy painting with oils and acrylics on different surfaces, including canvas, panels, wood, glass, cabinet doors, etc. I also enjoy drawing with pencils and pastels.
I am endlessly inspired by life around me—people in their environment, animals, plant-life and all of the connections between them. I enjoy recreating the bold colors, lines and forms that I see, often abstracted to simplified forms.
